Netflix Online Streaming Media Service Now Available In Nigeria

Netflix is one of the most popular subscription-based internet streaming media service provider. While the service is well known to a lot of people, some other seem not to know what Netflix entails.

This is now possible because Nigeria is now on the list of countries where NetFlix is available. i,e you no longer have to use VPN, change IP address before you can watch NetFlix movies in Nigeria.

The availability of Netflix in a bunch of new countries across the world, including Nigeria was announced by Co-founder Reed Hastings at the 2016 Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas.

Since Netflix launched its subscription-based internet streaming media service in 2007, the service has expanded globally, first to Canada, then to Latin America, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and Japan to include 60 countries.

Netflix CEO, Reed Hastings in a press conference in Las Vegas, announced that the video streaming service has been switched on in 130 new countries.

Netflix is available on virtually any device that has an Internet connection, including personal computers, tablets, smartphones, Smart TVs and game consoles, and automatically provides the best possible streaming quality based on available bandwidth.

Many titles, including Netflix original series and films, are available in high-definition with Dolby Digital Plus 5.1 surround sound and some in Ultra HD 4K.
