CHANGE IN NTEL FREE CALL FOR LIFE POLICY

There is a little change in the NTEL free call for life policy. Hmm, don't panic, it's still cool to compare other networks. Ntel promised free call for life at the initial stage, but there is a change over it now.

To say, Ntel now introduced "Closed User Group" (CUG) - which means, a group of the first 100,000 people to subscribe to NTEL network will make up a Pioneer Member.

Now, what's the big deal. The change is that it's only the memembers from the first 100,000 people will make free calls to others of the same group. That is to say, members of the first 100,000 people will make free calls to each other.

Other Ntel subscribers outside the 1st hundred thousand sim grabbers will make calls under charged else they subscribe to premium package.

CHANGE IN FAIR USAGE POLICY

To add up, Ntel secretly changed their fair usage policy to We reserve the right to review any stipulated fair use levels from time to time.

CHANGE IN NTEL CONTACT NUMBER AND OFFICE ADDRESS

Ntel latest customer care line is 400 . Ntel Office is now located at NECOM House, 15 Marina, Lagos. For users using other networks, you can reach Ntel customer line via ; +2348044000400 - I heard the line is not active yet.
